What is the warranty period for ICAN carbon frames and wheels?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all carbon frames and wheelsets. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or damage from accidents/misuse.
Do you ship worldwide and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship to most countries globally. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options like UPS or DHL take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are ICAN wheels UCI approved?
Many of our popular wheelsets, including the FL and Alpha series, are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional racing events.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Customs policies vary by country. For some regions, we offer 'Seller's Shipping Method' which includes prepaid duties (DDP). Please check your local regulations or contact our support team for specific details.
