At ICAN Cycling, we stand behind the quality of our carbon wheels and frames with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused gear for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure the product arrives in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label and RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop off the package at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
